The difference between Scrum and Kanban

Scrum and Kanban are two types of Agile development that is often mixed and confused. It is very common to see a Scrum Team having daily standups, which is a term used for Kanban and people using Kanban boards for their sprints, which is a Scrum feature.

In this video you get the basic differences between these two very similar, yet fundamentally different, ways of working. If you want you can go and grab the cheat sheet from the authors website: https://www.developmentthatpays.com/cheatsheets/scrum-kanban
